Currently, gamers have a choice of eight colors to choose from when they purchase a Sony PlayStation Vita (specifically, the PCH-2000 series) in Malaysia. However, if you don’t find them attractive enough, a new paintjob for the handheld gaming system will be released in Malaysia soon.
On display at Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia (SCEJA) press conference in Tokyo earlier today alongside the PS4 Dragon Quest Metal Slime edition, that said paintjob is Light Pink/White which was originally announced for Japanese market at SCEJA’s previous press conference earlier this month. As you can see in these two photos, the rear area of this particular Vita is painted in pink while its front section is in white.
In terms of pricing, it still costs the same as per existing Vita PCH-2000 series at RM 859. Interested gamers will be able to get their hands on the Light Pink/White PS Vita on 13 November 2014 – same time as Japan.
