Humble Bundle is celebrating the end of summer by holding a massive sale. The site is offering discounts of up to 70% on most of it’s catalogue, as well as the traditional super cheap flash sales. The online store will also be offering free titles every Monday. This sale will last until 22 September; which should allow gamers to catch up on anything they missed from the last Steam Sale.
The first day highlight is Warlock: Master of the Arcane; a turn based city strategy game similar to the Civilization series. Instead of guiding ancient civilisations to ultimate mastery, players take on the role of a Great Mage representing on of three races: Human, Monster, or Undead. There are cities to build, wars to fight, alliances to be forged, and backs to be stabbed.
Also available on sale is the entire The Wolf Among Us series from Telltale Games going for US$9.99. The game is based on the popular Fables comic series, and follows the story of Bigby Wolf as he tries to solve a murder without getting killed in the process. It is a highly rated game for the storytelling elements, and anyone who is a fan of the comics or other gritty fairy tale reboots. A portion of all proceeds from the Humble Store still go to charity with this sale benefitting the American Red Cross, Child’s Play, Charity: Water, World Land Trust, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
