The rumour mill for the Cupertino tech giant’s latest iteration of the iPhone line only gets bigger as Apple’s 9th of September event approaches. We have been getting leaks for the past few months, including the iPhone 6’s logic board and even the retail packaging. Granted, there are videos of the iPhone 6’s screen, but they were all just stills and written information, until it was leaked by a Russian Youtuber.
A Russian tech reviewer Rozetket has just uploaded a full hands-on video of the 4.7-inch variant of the iPhone 6. He even popped open the back cover exposing most of the internals. Based on his video, he confirms that the new iPhone sports an NFC chip, the Apple A8 processor and even gave us a closer look on the back logo piece.
The iPhone 6 does bears similarities to previous sightings; from the chamfered edges to the “space grey” body design. However, Rozetket noted that the glass isn’t the sapphire glass we are hoping for. Nevertheless, we are not sure whether or not this particular iPhone he has is the finalised version as the antenna carvings around the phone still looks too thick to match Apple’s standards.
