Round smartwatches are definitely a lot more attractive than the typical ones we see in the market today. When Motorola first announced its Moto 360 smartwatch, it was one of the most beautiful thing ever and now it looks like OnePlus may be developing something similar. BGR recently posted a set of leaked images showing off a rounded smartwatch from OnePlus called the OneWatch.
While the product image above only shows a rounded watch with a OnePlus logo nicely etched at the back, the folks at BGR were also given a sketch that lists down most of the features on the smartwatch including Titanium borders and a Sapphire Glass for the display. Other details include an OLED display, curved battery, leather band, wireless QI charging and a very typical button at the side of the watch.
Sadly, no further details have been given with regards to the actual size of the watch, and the hardware and software inside. Will OnePlus stick to Android Wear or will they use Android along with a custom UI? Since there’s already a product page, let’s keep our fingers crossed that an official announcement wouldn’t be too far away.
