Mechanical keyboards is one of the most revered equipment among PC gamers throughout the world and naturally, Cooler Master has quite a number of them within its gaming product portfolio. Among the latest in the line up is the Quick Fire Rapid-i gaming keyboard which has just landed in Malaysia and is now available for pre-order at Storekini.
Design with portability in mind, the Quick Fire Rapid-i does not come with the usual numeric keypad which made it rather compact. Furthermore, the keyboard’s detachable USB 2.0 braided cable allows it to be stored and carried around rather easily.
In terms of components, the Quick Fire Rapid-i is equipped with the proven Cherry MX key switches that are also individually backlit with white LED. With the help of the keyboard’s 32-bit ARM processor, the Quick Fire Rapid-i comes with plenty of backlit modes including a setting called Activlite which made the keys light up momentarily only when they are pressed.
Not only that, users are also able to configure their own light show backlit arrangements and save them into the keyboard’s built-in memory. Meanwhile, the key rate of Quick Fire Rapid-i can be adjusted up to eight times the normal speed on-the-fly which apparently allows users to execute commands faster.
How about the price? At Storekini, the new Cooler Master Quick Fire Rapid-i keyboard is priced at RM 399 and the first 20 orders will be accompanied by a CM Storm backpack worth RM 250. If you interested to get your hands on one, just head on to Storekini right away or you can learn more about the keyboard at gaming.coolermaster.com.
