Update: TM has rectified the issue and all connections should have returned to normal.
TM’s Twitter account has made it known that some subscribers to UniFi and Streamyx may be experiencing slow connections due to congestion of two DNS. The cause of this congestion is still as of yet unknown, although the ISP has promised that its engineers are currently looking into the problem.

The Tweet has expressed that subscribers on the 202.188.0.133 and 202.188.1.5 DNS are affected by the “less than ideal performance”. Although it extent of the issue is problem was not revealed.

This issue was first made known by TM about an hour ago, although it was then thought to be confined to UniFi subscribers. However, a later Tweet was issued to cover Streamyx users as well. There are no instructions from TM about temporarily alleviating the problem, so users will just have to be patient and wait for the network teams to clear the congestion.
