Now that we’ve seen pictures of a working iPhone 6 clone, how about catching it in action? Two videos of the iPhone 6 have been posted online recently, and not only does the device look like the iPhone 6 leaks we’ve been reading about so far, it also runs on an OS that is almost identical to iOS 7.
As you can see, apart from the obvious lag when flipping home screens or loading apps, the clone looks almost identical to iOS 7 – even the setting menu looks the same.
So, just exactly how big is this device? The video right below shows off the clone right next to an iPhone 5S so you compare the size between the two.
This clone, called the Wico i6, sports a 4.7” display with a resolution of 1704 x 960. Beneath the hood is a quad-core CPU with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. While the operating system may look almost identical to iOS, it actually runs on Android 4.4 KitKat – not too shabby for a clone device.
Of course, this is just a clone of the leaks we’ve been seeing so far. Until Apple officially takes the curtains off its next generation iPhone, there’s no way to confirm that this is the final design of the iPhone 6.
