Gone are the days where Chinese phone manufacturers are only good for copying others or making cheap low-end phones, Chinese phone manufacturers today like Oppo and Xiaomi, have got amazing devices to offer at a very competitive price and ZTE is no different. ZTE recently announced the Nubia X6 that features the latest and greatest hardware in its guts, along with a 13MP front-facing camera.
First up, the Nubia X6 features a gigantic 6.4” Full HD display with a pixel density of 344ppi. The X6 will come in different configurations, the highest one is powered by a Snapdragon 801 SoC (8974AC) with 3GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Other specs includes a slim aluminum body measuring at 7.9mm, a whopping 4,250mAh battery, and dual speakers located on the top and bottom.
Camera wise, the X6 features two 13MP cameras – one at the front and another at the back. The front camera features backside illumination, video autofocus and an f/2.2 lens while the one at the back comes with a f/2.0 lens, optical image stabilization and dual flash.
Sadly, the device will most likely be available only in China but if you’re really desperate for a powerful front-facing camera on a smartphone for your selfies, the Oppo N1 featuring a swiveling camera seems like your next best choice.
