It looks like Google is putting its acquisition of Snapseed to good use, ever since the internet giant has purchased Snapseed, a photo editing app for iOS and Android devices, they have added a number of photo editing features to their Google+ Photos, the latest ones are known as HDR Scape and Zoom.
First up, HDR Scape allows users to apply high dynamic range effects to an image right from their Chrome browser with just a click of a button. Currently available in the Snapseed apps for iOS and Android, HDR Scape comes with 6 presets but if you’re up for it, you can even adjust your own strength, brightness or saturation. Next up, seeing your images up close when editing them is an important process, the new update now allows users to zoom into their image when editing so they can check that everything looks right.
To access these new features, open up Google+ Photos on your Chrome browser and select an image to edit. HDR Scape should be located in the bottom right corner. As for zoom, the magnifying glass is located in the top middle, allowing you to easily zoom in/out of an image while editing it.
