A couple of weeks ago, The Apple Mac turned 30. Love them or hate them, they have come a long way since the early days of the first products and have impacted the industry in more ways than one. What Apple did was to send 15 crews all around the world, armed with iPhone 5s’ as their main cameras and a plethora of other equipment like steadycams, lights and of course third party apps and got them to shoot some of the nicest footage I’ve seen from a 5s to date. Granted, the editing process did introduce some standard corrections to things like colour and CA but it’s rather impressive nonetheless.
