LEGO is possibly one of the best toys ever invented that is suitable for anyone and everyone from age 3 to 100 and maybe even beyond that but there are several problems with LEGO – they’re usually rather pricey, you’ll need a big space to build your masterpiece and stepping on a piece is definitely the worst way to start off the day. Thanks to Google, you can now build with LEGO anytime you want, wherever you are without having to go through all those, and yes, it’s free.
Google recently released a new Chrome Experiment that allows anyone to build with LEGO bricks via their browser. Called Build with Chrome, you can start piecing bricks together on your desktop and even on mobile, and share your master pieces with the world. The experiment is a collaboration between Chrome and the LEGO Group.
You don’t even have to be a professional to start playing LEGO via Chrome, there’s a “Build Academy” option that will teach you everything you need to know and even set challenges for you; if you’re as uncreative as me and would like some guidelines on what to build, this is the perfect option to get you started. When you’re done, you can save your creation to your Google+ account and share them with anyone you want or you may also explore creations made by others. Get started at www.buildwithchrome.com now.
