Now here’s something I’m sure most of you will welcome with open arms – SwiftKey for iOS. Serial leaker @evleaks recently shared a Tweet hinting that SwiftKey will be coming to the App Store. Just days ago, he posted onto his Twitter account asking about “SwiftKey for iOS?”, and while we’re all still wondering how that would be possible, knowing just how strict the Apple ecosystem is, @evleaks finally shared more on what he was talking about – a SwiftKey Note app that offers “a super-fast typing experience”, as shown on the image above.
SwiftKey is without a doubt one of the best keyboard an Android user could ask for, it offers many great customizations for users and even has an awesome prediction to make typing on a virtual keyboard, well, swift. While it has been installed up to 5 million times on Android devices, iOS users are still stuck to the default iOS keyboard. Information about SwiftKey on iOS is pretty scarce at the moment, SwiftKey could only be offering that amazing notes-taking app but there is also the possibly that a SwiftKey SDK could be released for iOS developers so they could include a better keyboard in their apps.
So, SwiftKey for iOS? What’s your take on that?
