Facebook has announced that users now have more control in the content that appears on their news feed. Users will now be able to sort their news feeds into groups of people, Pages, and Groups; or just view it as an overall summary.
Users now have more control over the type of content that appears on their news feed in the form of new options. One of the which allows users to choose whether or not they would like to see less content from a particular person or page upon hiding their post. Users will also be able to see a history of who they’ve unfollowed in the past and will be able to re-follow them anytime if the user wishes to.
The new features are currently available on the desktop version of Facebook and with mobile support rolling out in the coming weeks.
