Around four months ago, Microsoft has decided to increase the storage space on its OneDrive cloud service for Office 365 subscribers to 1TB. Frankly speaking, that is a whole lot of cloud storage space for most users out there but nevertheless, the company has announced that it will increase the storage space once again.
This time around, the new OneDrive storage space limit for all Office 365 subscribers will be…none.
That’s right, Office 365 subscribers will soon receive unlimited OneDrive storage without any additional cost to their existing monthly or annual subscription fees. Furthermore, the unlimited storage space will be given out to all types of Office 365 subscribers which include Home, Personal, and University as well as for organizations that utilized Office 365 Small Business and Enterprise.
The roll out date of the unlimited OneDrive storage for consumer versions of Office 365 will take place over this coming months while enterprise customers will receive it slightly later in 2015. That being said, if you have a valid subscription to Office 365 Home, Personal or University, you can sign up right here to be in the queue to obtain early access to your new unlimited OneDrive storage space.
