[ORIGINAL NEWS, 1154pm 21 Oct]
DiGi and Maxis have announced that customers will be able to purchase iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus from them this November. Naturally, one would expect that Celcom would be doing the same as well.
Well, the answer is yes: Celcom will indeed offer iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus to their customers very soon. That being said, don’t get too excited just yet.
This is due the fact that the telco has yet to announce anything regarding its plan for both smartphones. While we are assuming that Celcom will follow the same plan as per other telcos (pre-order on 31/10 then followed by actual sale on 07/11) but until the telco actually confirms such plan, anything is possible.
If that’s the can, then how we actually knew that Celcom is going to offer iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus to their customers? The answer is rather simple: because both devices have just appeared on Celcom’s website.
Nevertheless, we expect to hear more from the telco real soon though as we get close to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus release day on 7 November. So, stay tuned.
