Last week, Oppo shared a teaser on their Malaysia Facebook page featuring a picture of an old-school phone with a rotary dial. The teaser that reads, “This was the phone. Time to turn things around in October”, is believed to be the next generation camera-centric N series smartphone from the company – the Oppo N3.
GSMArena seems to have gotten their hands on a set of images believed to be press pictures of the Oppo N3. It features a brand new design that honestly, looks pretty weird to us but worry not, you’ll still get a rotating camera similar to the Oppo N1, so you can take high resolution and perfect selfies easily.
No further information has been given about the device though, we only know that it’ll be coming in October thanks to the teaser. But what we can see from these press pictures is that the Oppo N3 should have a pretty slim body (hopefully in aluminum), but in order to incorporate a rotating camera, the top has a very weird looking scroll-like design. Like the N1, the N3 will also have a dual-LED flash next to the camera, but with a slightly different design.
We’ve seen many smartphones over the past few months catered for those who enjoy taking selfies like the Nokia Lumia 730, Sony Xperia C3, Acer Liquid E3 and more, would you rather have a rotating camera or a selfie-centric smartphone?
