If you’re patiently waiting for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 announcement that will be happening on 3 September 2014, then here’s a leak that might keep you on the edge of your seats. The full specs list of the next generation Galaxy Note smartphone from the company has recently been posted onto an Indonesian device retailer, showing off a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 4GB of RAM and more exciting stuffs.
Firstly, the Galaxy Note 4 will be having a slightly larger screen measuring at 5.7”. As rumored, it will feature a QHD display with the resolution of 2560 x 1440 – that’s a pixel density of 551ppi. As mentioned, it will be powered by a Snapdragon 805 processor with a whopping 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage that is expandable via a microSD slot. Other specs include a 16MP rear camera, USB 3.0 port, Bluetooth 4.0 and will run on Android 4.4.3 out of the box.
Sounds like your dream device? Don’t be too happy yet though, the specs is indeed very impressive but the price to pay is pretty steep too. According to the retailer, the Galaxy Note 4 will be priced at IDR9,499,000, that converts to almost RM2,600! Just a little reminder, the Galaxy Note 3 retailed at RM2,399 at launch and we thought the price was a little too expensive.
Nonetheless, the Galaxy Note 4 is still an exciting device to look forward to, unlike the disappointing Sony Xperia Z3 leak that features pretty much the same specs as the existing Xperia Z2. IFA 2014 will definitely be an exciting show with many devices that are expected to be announced, so stay tuned because we’ll be there to witness the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 announcement and possibly a Samsung Virtual Reality headset too.
