It is a well-known fact that Huawei will be launching quite a number of products at next week’s Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona. In fact, the company itself has released a number of teasers that directly pointed out the type of products that Huawei will reveal at the event.
If those teaser are not enough for you, then these leaked images might be able to provide some relief for your curiosity.
Shown below is the Huawei MediaPad X1 which is most probably the tablet that was described in Huawei’s MWC14 teaser video as being able to provide “the ultimate entertainment experience”. Said to be equipped with a 7-inch display with 1920×1200 resolution and a pixel density of 323ppi, the MediaPad X1 also has a thickness of 7.5mm and weighing at 239g.
The tablet is also apparently packed with 1.6GHz HiSilicon 910 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and internal storage option of either 16 or 32GB. There are also 5.0-megapixels rear camera, 1.3-megapixels front-facing camera, and internal 6000mAh battery.
Built with telephony capability, Huawei has also come out with a specially made case for the tablet featuring a window that enables users to have a quick glance on a small section of the tablet’s display. The source of these pictures also pointed out that the MediaPad might be priced at 1,200 yuan (RM 650) which is rather affordable considering what the specifications above.
Meanwhile, another Huawei’s MWC14 product that has been leaked out into the public is the Huawei Ascend G6. Brought on the limelight by the ever resourceful evleaks, the Ascend G6 bares a lot of similarities with the previously released Ascend P6 in terms of physical design.
However, the Ascend G6 is apparently not the replacement for Ascend P6 since that particular role will be assumed by the upcoming Ascend P7 which might be launched at MWC14 as well. The Ascend G6 has been described as a lower-end version of P6 with its 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582, 1GB RAM, MicroSD card support, and 8-megapixels rear camera.
The Ascend G6 could also be the very device that the Huawei MWC14 teaser video described as having “an amazing front camera” since the smartphone is said to carry a 5-megapixels front-facing camera. The device will apparently be quite thin as well at 7.5mm.

All in all, Huawei certainly has an interesting line-up for MWC14. I do have one question though: where’s the Huawei wearable device that we’ve been hearing about?
