You didn’t think that the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, Active and Zoom were the last you were going to hear from Samsung at its upcoming event in London did you? The company just announced two brand new Galaxy Tab 3 tablets and no, it’s not the same as the one they announced about a month back. Samsung announced an 8” Galaxy Tab 3, along with an Intel powered Galaxy Tab 3 10.1.
The 8” Galaxy Tab 3 is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM on board. Other specs include a 1280 x 800 resolution display, 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, 4,450mAh battery and 16/32GB of internal storage.
The 10.1” Galaxy Tab 3 is perhaps the more interesting device of the two, it is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Dual-Core processor, making it the first Samsung tablet to feature an Intel processor. Specs wise, it also has a 1280 x 800 display, 1GB of RAM, 16/32GB of internal storage, 6,800mAh battery, 3MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front facing camera.
Both tablets runs on Android 4.2.2 and feature the company’s TouchWiz interface. More information and pictures available over at Samsung.
