Another day, another set of rumors and leaks about Samsung future smartphones. Today, for the first time since the rumor started, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active appears in a video, looking pretty much the same as the photos we saw yesterday, the front part of it at least. Unfortunately though, if you were hoping that Samsung will at least keep the high-end specs, you’re in for a disappointment. According to the video captured by MobileTechReview, the S4 Active only packs a dual-core processor with an 8MP camera on board, I can’t help but feel disappointed.
As for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, it looks like the next generation flagship phablet from Samsung might be on its way. The Galaxy Note 3 made an appearance on Antutu Benchmark, scoring some pretty impressive results – 27,914, just slightly above the Galaxy S4 that runs on Exynos 5 octa-core processor. Also revealed in Antutu Benchmark is a set of specifications for the Note III including a 1.6GHz processor (Exynos 5 perhaps, judging from the score), and Android 4.3 operating system. Few weeks back, Shin Jong-kyun, co-CEO of Samsung Electronics mentioned before that the Note III will debut in Germany in September with a 5.9” display.
