Google I/O event is only a couple of hours away but why wait till then to see what Google has got to announce? The revamped Google Maps just went live for a couple of minutes earlier today, and has been taken down ever since. However it wasn’t quick enough for Droid-Life who managed to capture some screenshots to show you what the new Google Maps will look like.
So what’s in the new Google Maps? Apart from a new design that is in line with what we’ve seen before, it also comes with a new feature that “gets better with use”. From the description posted in the screenshot, the new Google Maps will adapt to how you use it and the searches you perform, and suggest things for you – better integration with Google Now perhaps? Only hours more to go before we find out for sure.
Hit the break for more pictures, are you excited about what Google has got to announce later tonight?
