Nokia Malaysia has recently published a rather interesting horror-themed video on its YouTube channel. On its description, there is a link that points to site called Lumia Live Centre which features the same video as well as a timer that is counting down to 25 April 2013.
Upon closer inspection, it seems that the teaser video is produced by local media house PopTeeVee who is known for productions such as The Effing Show. Not to forget, the title of the site itself says “Unknown Social Epidemic Hits Malaysia”. That being said, we still generally have no idea what the teaser and Lumia Live Centre are all about.
Since the release of Nokia Lumia 720 and 520 will take place later this month, this whole Lumia Live Centre horror show could be part of Nokia Malaysia’s upcoming campaign for the device. Guess we’ll find out the answer sooner or later.
UPDATE [714PM]: Apparently Nokia Malaysia has pull out the video from their channel and the Lumia Live Centre’s website. It is still available at PopTeeVee’s channel though. (Thanks for pointing it out, Cyrus!)
