The inevitable for Samsung Galaxy Note II has finally arrived, retailing at RM2,299 at launch, the Galaxy Note II’s retail price is now RM300 cheaper, going off at RM1,999 – according to DiGi at least. DiGi has also revised its phone bundle for the Note II smartphone from Samsung and if you wish to get your hands on one, you can get it from as low as RM1,259 AFTER rebates.
In case you haven’t already noticed, DiGi has taken a completely different approach to its smartphone bundle recently. Instead of giving a bigger subsidy on the device price, DiGi has chosen to offer extra monthly rebates. If you think about it, at the end of the day, the price you pay upon signing up for a phone bundle along with the advance payment, it is more or less the same as the new approach.
Available with only a 24-months contract under the new DG Smart Plan 58 and Smart Plan 88, pay RM1,739 upfront payment, and enjoy a RM10 rebate each month for 24 months for Smart Plan 58 subscriptions, or RM20/month for Smart Plan 88 subscriptions. If you’re a heavy mobile user, you can get the Galaxy Note II from only RM999 with DG Smart Special bundle at RM148/month; if you’ve been a DiGi postpaid customer for over 12 months, advance payment will be waived.
