Remember the Samsung Galaxy Premier? Announced back in November last year, the Galaxy Premier was released as a device to cater for a market between those who want something smaller than the flagship Galaxy S III but not as small as the Galaxy S III Mini. Samsung also released a variant of the Galaxy Premier for the South Korean market, and is known as the Galaxy Pop.
Originally only available in grey and white, Samsung has now released the Galaxy Pop in a new orange colourway. It certainly is a striking shade, but may actually be perfect for the younger set of consumers seeking for something different. Just like the global Galaxy Premier variant, the Korea-only Galaxy Pop runs on a quad-core 1.4GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, has a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED display, an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing one, LTE, NFC, and Samsung’s suite of software, like Smart Stay, S Beam and Pop Up Play.
