If you have been holding yourselves from getting your hands on the Apple MacBook Pro with Retina display since it was introduced back in June last year, then this should be a great news for you – Apple has upgraded the notebook family with new processors and price tags.
For starters, the base model pricing for 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display is now listed at RM 4,599 instead of RM 5,299. The price cut also goes to the higher-end model with 256GB solid state drive which now comes with a faster 2.6GHz processor and a lower price tag of RM 5,299 as compared to its original price of RM 6,199.
The 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display received faster processors as well, with the base model now runs at 2.4GHz and the higher-end model at 2.7GHz. Additionally, the amount of RAM for the higher-end model has been increased from 8GB to 16GB. However, these newly upgraded 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display are not given any price cut as opposed to its 13-inch siblings.
