It’s the holiday season once again, school holidays have started, parents are all busy clearing their annual leave so what better way to celebrate a hardworking year than to travel? Google has just made travelling to a foreign country a lot easier with the introduction of Google Street View for selected airports, train and subway stations around the globe – 16 international airports, over 50 train and subway stations, and even a cable car station in Hong Kong.
Having to transit in an airport if you have very limited time between your flights is definitely one of the worst things about travelling. With Google Street View, you can now check out the airports before hand, find the check-in counter, the baggage claim, or even find the place to rent a vehicle in your destination. The airports that have Street View include Madrid, Tokyo International Airport, Dubai and more. For those traveling to Hong Kong, Google has expanded Street View to cover the train and subway stations in the busy city.
