I’m pretty sure it’s rather easy to switch from one mobile platform to another, there are plenty of guides on the internet and a simple query could fetch hundreds of answers, but it looks like Eric Schmidt, the executive chairman of Google, has posted a guide of his own to teach users how to switch from iPhone to Android – “Converting to Android from iPhone”.
Posted on Mr. Schmidt’s Google+ page, he said that “many of my iPhone friends are converting to Android. The latest high-end phones from Samsung (Galaxy S4), Motorola (Verizon Droid Ultra) and the Nexus 5 (for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile) have better screens, are faster, and have a much more intuitive interface. They are great Christmas present to an iPhone user!”. The guide consists of 4 very elaborated steps on how to transfer almost everything from iOS to Android and of course, you are required to have a Google account in order to do that, and while Eric Schmidt assumes all iPhone users should have a Mac, his steps should apply for a PC as well, just as long as you have iTunes installed.
So, anyone here switching to Android from an iPhone?
