The entry-level Samsung Galaxy Y Neo is now available in Malaysia for RM299 but it looks like you can get it for free when you sign up for a contract with Celcom. Celcom is now offering the 2.8” basic Android phone from Samsung with its most basic postpaid voice and data plan.
The Samsung Galaxy Y Neo is an entry-level Android device running on Android 4.1 Jellybean. Beneath the 2.8” QVGA display is a 832MHz processor with 3GB of expandable internal storage. Other specs include 1,200mAh battery, GPS, 240 x 320 resolution and a suite of basic Samsung apps including Game Hub Lite, ChatON, ActiveSync and more.
