A PC version of “Grand Theft Auto V” will be released in “early 2014”. A report from Eurogamer stated that a PC release for the record-breaking game is indeed in the pipeline, according to “multiple industry sources”.
The open world game, which hit $1 billion sales in its first three days – the fastest in any entertainment property in history – is currently only available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Earlier this year, NVIDIA revealed the presence of a PC version of GTA V at a financial call – which was later denied by the company.
As expected, developers Rockstar have distanced themselves from the matter, stating that they are “completely focused on delivering the best possible experience for the consoles people have right now.”
