So, Apple have finally confirmed iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c for our market. 1 November is the date to remember, that’s if you are planing to obtain Apple’s latest iPhone models right on the official Malaysian launch day.
With that, I guess it is now a great time to briefly walk through the memory lane and take a brief look at previous iPhone launches in Malaysia. If there is one thing that all of them have in common, that would be the long queue. While waiting time and the length of the queue differs from one venue to another, getting a brand new iPhone on the launch day is certainly not an easy feat to most customers.
Unfortunately, most of our coverage for previous iPhone launches are no longer available online since we moved servers not too long ago and lost some of our older contents in the process. That being said, we do have plenty of sights and sceneries to see from the launch of iPhone 4 in 2010 right to last year’s iPhone 5 midnight release.
If the initial sales of iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c can be used as a guide, expect to see and experience the same sceneries once they arrive in Malaysia on 1 November. Head on to the link below to go through some of our coverage for the previous iPhone launches in Malaysia.
