GTA V has managed to become the fastest selling console game in history. It’s already breached the US$ 1 billion mark and not slowing down yet. That being said, no new game goes without teething problems. This time it appears to involve owners of Xbox 360s that were manufactured between 2006 and 2008.
A thread in gtaforums.com has revealed that the game tends to freeze up at random moments. Several users have tried to offer suggestions, but the fixes only seem to work for some users. Rockstar’s official troubleshooting statement asks users to delete all GTA V installation data, clear the Xbox 360’s cache and re-attempt the installation.
That being said, GTA V is probably still worth taking the risk though.
