It has been widely circulated that Apple will be announcing new iPhone(s) – iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C – on an event scheduled for 10 September 2013 and now, it looks like they will be introducing new version of its iPad(s) as well, the next generation iPad along with a new iPad mini.
The report was spotted on a Bloomberg article about how the Cupertino Company plans to open its first retail store in Tokyo, Japan since 2005. Take it with a pinch of salt, over the past years, Apple always unveiled its iPads in a separate event (the previous rumor was that Apple will introduce new iPads only in October), but Bloomberg is known to have spotless track record on Apple rumors.
The Cupertino, California-based company plans to introduce new versions of its phone and tablet at a Sept. 10 event, a person familiar with the matter has said, and the company promised “several more game changers” in the product pipeline as it tries to fend off Samsung Electronics Co. (005930) and Chinese makers selling cheaper handsets. – reports Bloomberg.
Images of the iPad 5 front panel have always made their way to the internet. The images come from Sonny Dickson, a person known for leaking images of components in upcoming Apple devices. Nothing more have been said with regards to the design, but the iPad 5 has been reported to take on a new design cue similar to the iPad mini. More available after the break.
Meanwhile, a very comprehensive video showing off the iPhone 5S and 5C has also been leaked so check it out after the break.
