Want to hear more new mobile devices from Samsung? Here’s one more – the Samsung Galaxy S II TV. Don’t judge its name though, while it may be called the S II TV, it has got nothing to do with the former flagship device from Samsung. The phone takes design cues from the current Galaxy lineup of devices and comes with a retractable antenna at the side.
It’s not available in Malaysia of course, the TV phone supports ISDB-T broadcasting standard to allow users to watch TV programs on the go. It comes with a 4” 800 x 480 display with a 1GHz dual-core processor under the hood, 5Mp shooter, 4GB of storage, microSD slot, Android 4.2.2 and has a 1,500mAh battery.
It’s available only in Brazil for now, Samsung did not mention any international availability for this device but even if it does, will you buy a TV phone?
