We’ve been reading quite a lot about the Motorola Moto X, the first phone to be manufactured in the U.S. The mid-range smartphone from Motorola is touted to be a highly customizable device that will be available in a collection of colors but according to the latest rumors, the Moto X will be built using something called Moto Magic Glass, a single layer of Gorilla Glass that has been molded to a special polymer to make a continuous surface that wraps around the entire front and edges of the device. It will have a zero gap construction with the back piece, giving it a seamless look and feel.
Built with laminated aluminum structure, the device will be thin, lightweight and tough at the same time. This sounds to sexy to be true, shared by Taylor Wimberly, the post also comes with accompanying images that look very different from the press renders of the Moto X that have been leaked a few weeks back.
Whatever it is, only days more to go before we can see the device for real – the launch event of the Motorola Moto X is scheduled for the 1 August 2013. Meanwhile, if you’re curious enough about what Motorola has got to offer on the Moto X, the camera APK has been leaked online and is available to be downloaded and installed on an Android device. Unfortunately, some camera functionalities will not be able to work though, you’ll still be able to try out the simplicity of the camera – swipe right for settings, left for gallery, up/down to zoom, tap to capture and hold for burst shot.
