The flagship smartphone from both Samsung and HTC may have only hit our shores not too long ago but it looks like the price drop on these devices have already begun…according to DiGi at least. At launch, the Samsung Galaxy S4 went from as low as RM1,199 while the HTC One was as low as RM1,269 when you sign up for a 24 months contract under DiGi’s most expensive postpaid plan – DG Smart Plan 148. Just weeks back, DiGi started to offer both devices with a zero contract deal at RM1,883 and RM1,953 respectively and it looks like they’ve all received a price drop recently.
DiGi is now offering the Galaxy S4 and One with either 24 month contract or a zero contract deal at a subsidized price. The bundles are as follows:
The new prices are about RM100 cheaper than the price at launch. The bundles offered by the other Malaysian postpaid telcos are still the same, we’ll definitely keep you updated if any changes occur for the latest devices.
