You’ve seen it before, HTC made an announcement of its latest mid- and entry-level Android devices about a month or two back, the phones were added into the Sirim database not long later and now, say hello to the HTC Desire 200 and HTC Desire 600 dual SIM. HTC just announced the introduction of its two latest devices with a retail price of RM499 and RM1,199 respectively.
The HTC Desire 600 is the first mid-range handset to offer HTC’s latest Sense 5 experience, HTC BlinkFeed and HTC BoomSound – the same features found on the flagship HTC One. Running on Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2, the Desire 600 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor , allowing users to have high-speed multitasking, super-fast web browsing and graphic-intense experience. It is equipped with a 4.5” Super LCD 2 display at the front, an 8MP rear camera and a 1.6MP shooter at the front.
The Desire 200 on the other hand, is a super affordable device that is powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon S1 processor with 512MB of RAM on board and 4GB of internal storage. It packs a 5MP F2.8 aperture camera that supports VGA video recording into a super compact size measuring at only 107.7mm x 60.8mm x 11.9mm, weighing at only 100grams.
