So far we have managed to find couple of gems including Samsung Chromebooks with WiMAX capability that belong to Yes 4G as well as four upcoming Nokia devices on SIRIM’s database. Well, that’s not all as we did a search on Samsung as well and quite a number of devices that have yet to be officially launched in Malaysia appeared on the database
First being the Samsung ATIV S Windows Phone 8 smartphone (under its model name GT-I8750) which has recently been spotted at Thunder Match as well as in certain Samsung stores according to our reader here. Its appearance on the database is definitely a sign that the device will be officially available in our market soon enough.
The original (and non-LTE) Samsung Galaxy Note II, at its Malaysian launch event.
In addition to that, there’s also the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (GT-N5100) which was first unveiled to the world back in February. However, the most interesting findings (to us, at least) is not exactly a new product but rather a variant of existing Samsung’s product that has yet to be released in Malaysia: the Samsung Galaxy Note II LTE, under the model name GT-N7105.
Surprisingly, we couldn’t find Samsung Galaxy S 4 in the list though. Hope that will not affect its imminent launch in Malaysia…
