I think it’s pretty safe to say now that HTC will most definitely be announcing the HTC M7 at the upcoming event scheduled for 19th of this month. At the company’s recent year end party held last week, the Chairman of HTC, Peter Chou, took out a mysterious device to take a photo of the crowd and how did everyone find out what device it is? He shouted it out of course.
During the party, Peter Chou announced that it’s a great opportunity for him to test out the camera of the device before flipping out a silver device and shouting out “M7” to the crowd. You can’t see much from the pictures and video of course, only the back that is adorned by two distinctive lines, plus a super slim body. The phone is expected to be launched later this month.

HTC is also rumored to have two more Android devices up its sleeves, the M4 and G2, targeted at the mid and low-end segments. The HTC M4 is rumored with a 4.3” display powered by a dual-core processor with 2GB of RAM. HTC G2 on the other hand will come with a 3.5” display powered by a 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM. Check out the leaked specs after the break.
