Still thinking which quad-core device you should buy? It looks like DiGi just lowered its pricing of the HTC One X to as low as RM899 when you sign up for a package from them. At the launch, DiGi offered the flagship HTC device from RM1,249 and not too long later, they lowered the price by RM100. Now, when you sign up for a 24 months contract under its highest plan – DG Smart Plan 88, you can get it at only RM899.
The phone is available with DG Smart Plan 68, Smart Plan 48, Smart Family 28 with a 12- or 24-months contract but if you hate contracts, DiGi is also offering a Zero Contract option that can get you the device at RM1,699 – it retails at RM2,099 and DiGi is even offering up to RM150 extra off if you remain with the telco for another year.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think this is the most drastic price drop in a high-end phone I’ve ever seen. There can only be one reason for this and I think it’s the HTC One X+. Will you wait for the One X+ or will this lower price attract you?
