Better late than never, if you’re hoping to get yourself a Samsung Galaxy S II, you can now do so via Maxis from as low as RM1,099 when you sign up for a plan with the telco. Retailing at RM1,899, that means you’ll get to save up to RM800. If you’ve already gotten yourself the phone from Maxis, don’t be surprise though because it was previously available from Maxis. In fact, the telco did do several promotions to offer the device at an even lower price.
The price is cheaper when compared to the previous offer which gave the device from as low as RM1,199 but it’s been more than 6 months since the launch anyway. Sign up for 24 months under Maxis’ 1.5GB or 3GB (RM78/month and RM88/month respectively) data plan plus a call plan (cheapest is Value First at RM30/month) and the Galaxy S II will cost you only RM1,099. If you’re hoping for a shorter contract period or a lower data quota, Maxis also have plans for those. Also a thing to note, Maxis is giving a monthly rebate of RM10 on data plans.
Alright great, now that Maxis is finally offering Samsung devices again, it would be great if they could bring in the Galaxy Nexus as well because seriously, will you get the S II now that the Galaxy Nexus is out? Nonetheless, check out the new rates from Maxis.
The same device is also on Celcom, DiGi and U Mobile.
