The Rubik’s Cube is one of the frustrating toys that I could never solve. The only way I could even get close is to peel off the colored stickers and reapply it in a solved order. However there are individuals who can solve a Rubik’s cube in less than 10 seconds. If you’re one of those talented people, you should check out the Malaysian Cube Open 2012! From a simple 2x2x2 cube to complicated puzzles like Megaminx, cube enthusiasts from all around Malaysia will be gathering on the 2nd and 3rd of June from 8am at the WELD in KL to compete in this annual sanctioned competition by the World Cube Association.
The main highlight of the competition is solving a Rubik’s Cube with your feet. This is the first time ever that this category has been introduced in a national level competition. The competition is also a way for participants to create a new official time record in their respective categories and an opportunity to break the current National Record, Asian Record or even World Record!
