RO2 models pose with developers from Gravity Co.
Earlier this month at the Licence2Play gaming event in Singapore, Asiasoft announced Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second (RO2 for short), its latest blockbuster MMO. This long-awaited sequel continues the charming and cheerful original storyline from the original Ragnarok Online game, and includes improvements to traditional game features such as the Card and Kafra Systems.

Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second is again developed by Gravity Co and is now powered by an updated game engine called Gamebryo, which further enhances the gameplay with stunning in-game actions. This sequel now revolve around heroes whose forefathers were implanted with fragments of the powerful Heart of Ymir in a brand new adventure.
In addition, there were improvements to the old game’s features such as the Card and Kafra systems, as well as the introduction to new highlights such as the Dual Life System, Social Emotes and also the Khara System – all of which are specifically designed for today’s gamers.
Also, Asiasoft is proud to announce that the company is the first in the world to launch the English service of Ragnarok 2: Legend of the Second, which was launched in Korea back in March of this year. After undergoing its closed beta testing for five days from 7-12 December, the game is now in Open Beta Testing (OBT) mode starting from today. In conjuction with the Open Beta Testing, Ragnarok Online 2 is now hosting some cool in-game activities such as Online King and Prontera Last Fortress, where users can walk away with awesome prizes.
