We’ve seen the device, we know how much it costs and now we finally able to confirm when it is available here in Malaysia. Well, that day is today.
Barely one month after its global unveiling event in London, the new Huawei Ascend P6 is now available from Huawei’s authorized dealers throughout the country including Lowyat.NET’s own Storekini for RM 1399. Available in black and white (pink coming in October), Huawei has also include matching color cases with the device.
The major attraction of the Huawei Ascend P6 is its sleek 6.18mm profile which allows Huawei to claim it as the slimmest smartphone in the world. Powered by the company’s own K3V2 chipset that features 1.5GHz quad-core CPU which is also accompanied by 2GB RAM, it also features 4.7-inch 1280×720 in-cell display and Huawei’s Emotion UI implementation on top of Android 4.2.2.
However, only single SIM variant is available in Malaysia at the time being and Huawei currently has no plan to release the dual-SIM version in our market.
