Just yesterday, Sony Malaysia officially announced the arrival of two new Xperia devices in Malaysia and it looks like you can get one of them from Celcom already. Celcom is now offering the low-end Sony Xperia E from as low as RM208 when you sign up for a contract under the telco.
Just to recap, the Xperia E is a 1GHz smartphone that runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and has 512MB of RAM on board. It features a 3.5” 320 x 480 TFT display at the front, while the back comes with a 3.2MP camera. Other features include HD voice and noise cancellation technology for crystal clear voice calls, as well as a feature that cuts off Wi-Fi and mobile data connections when the screen is in sleep mode.
